LB型防爆梁式起重機(jī)

LB型防爆梁式起重機(jī)依據(jù)JB/T10219標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所設(shè)計(jì)、制造；本產(chǎn)品適用于有易燃、易爆性氣體的化工車間、煤礦井下、礦山等有爆炸性氣體的環(huán)境下使用，防爆等級(jí)ExdIIBT4，但不適用于在爆炸性粉塵環(huán)境中使用。
本系列產(chǎn)品起重量為0.5～10t，跨度一般為7.5～31.5m，工作級(jí)別為A3～A5級(jí)。

主要特點(diǎn)：

1.本系列產(chǎn)品主、端梁結(jié)構(gòu)采用LDA型電動(dòng)單梁起重機(jī)箱型主粱及端梁結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
2.起升機(jī)構(gòu)匹配單速或雙速升降的防爆型鋼絲繩電動(dòng)葫蘆。

3.大車運(yùn)行匹配BZDY防爆電動(dòng)機(jī)，大車運(yùn)行速度不超過(guò)20m／min。

4.控制箱、安全開關(guān)及電氣設(shè)備均采用防爆型；葫蘆導(dǎo)電及大車供電為軟電纜導(dǎo)電。
5.本產(chǎn)品操縱形式為地面防爆手把按鈕操縱。

     Complying with JB/T10219 slandard. LB explosion-proof crane is allowed to be used in flammable and explosive environments such as chemical workshops，coal mines and oil refineries. Explosion-proof grade is ExdIIBT4. Notice that it is unsuitable to be used in explosive and dust environments.

Main Features

1.The main girder and end carriage"s frames reler to those of LDA crane.
2.Hoisting mechanism is required to match with an explosion-proof hoist with single-speed or two-speed.
3.Travelling mechanism is required to match with BZDY-type explosion-proof motor and its travelling speed does not exceed 20m/min.
4.Control boxes, safty switches and electrical system must be explosion—proof Power supply of electric hoist and travelling mechanism adopts flexible cables.
5.The manipulation of this crans is ground button control with explosion-proof function.
