MDG型通用門式起重機(jī)

MDG型通用門式起重機(jī)依據(jù)GB/T14406-2011標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所設(shè)計(jì)、制造；本產(chǎn)品適用于機(jī)械加工、冶金、礦山、造船、車站、港口碼頭等各行業(yè)，露天加工區(qū)、倉(cāng)庫(kù)、貨場(chǎng)裝卸和搬運(yùn)物料．本產(chǎn)品與MG型通用門式起重機(jī)相比，具有自重輕，作業(yè)空間大．造價(jià)低的明顯優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
本系列產(chǎn)品起重量為5t、10t、16/3.2t、20/5t、32/5t，跨度為18～35m，工作級(jí)別般為A3～A5級(jí)。

主要特點(diǎn)
1.本機(jī)主要由L型橋架結(jié)構(gòu)、大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)、起重小車及電氣設(shè)備所組成。
2.橋架結(jié)構(gòu)中，主梁、兩支腿、兩下橫梁均采用箱形焊接板結(jié)構(gòu)；單腿結(jié)構(gòu)的L型支腿增大了作業(yè)空間。
3.大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)采用立式套裝減速器的分別驅(qū)動(dòng)形式，根據(jù)輪壓可采用臺(tái)車輪組；小車運(yùn)行20t及下采用垂直反軌輪，32t采用采用水平反軌輪。
4.小車導(dǎo)電采用異型槽或工宇鋼扁電纜滑車導(dǎo)電；整機(jī)供電一般采用銅滑線或電纜卷筒供電。
5.各機(jī)構(gòu)可采用電阻器調(diào)速或變頻調(diào)速。
6.各主要電器設(shè)備均安裝在單獨(dú)的電器室內(nèi)；操縱方式一般為司機(jī)室聯(lián)動(dòng)臺(tái)操縱：司機(jī)室內(nèi)可安裝冷暖風(fēng)機(jī)或空調(diào)、對(duì)講機(jī)等。

    MDG single-girder gantry crane based on GB/T14406-2011 standard，is applicable to conveying materials in open-air warehouses，storageya rds mines ports and so on. Compared with MG crane，it has obvious advantages of light weight ,large operating space and low cost.

Main features：
    1. The machine is mainly composed of L-shaped bridge  travelling mechanism, trolley and electrical system.
    2. Main frames are box-welded. L-shaped leg increases the operating space.
    3. Travelling mechanism adopts vertical reducer which is driven respectively.  Whether bogie is applied or not is  decided by wheel pressu re.  In general  the capacity of lifting  load is not more than 20t, vertica reverse-guided whee is applied to keep the balance of trolley，while reaching 32t, level reverse-guided wheel is needed.
    4. Cable pulley with Slot-shaped or I-beam track is for electrical conduct of crane trolley and circular-coppe red slip-line or cable drum is for the whole crane’s.
    5. Resistor or variable frequency for speed adjustment is applied in each mechanism.
    6. In general the manipulation is closed cab’s control，if necessary, air condtioner(or air-cooler)and walkie—talkie can be equipped. All major electrical equipments are  installed in separate room.
