MG型通用門(mén)式起重機(jī)依據(jù)GB/T14406-2011標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所設(shè)計(jì)、制造；是一種有軌運(yùn)行的起重機(jī)；本產(chǎn)品適用于冶金、礦山、加工制造、造船等各行業(yè)的露天倉(cāng)庫(kù)、料場(chǎng)、鐵路貨站、港口碼頭的貨場(chǎng)裝卸和搬運(yùn)物料，并可配用各種專(zhuān)用吊具進(jìn)行某些特殊作業(yè)。
本系列產(chǎn)品起重量一般為5t、10t、16/3.2t、20/5t、32/5t、50/10t，跨度一般為18～35m，工作級(jí)別為A3～A6級(jí)。
王要特點(diǎn)：
1.本起重機(jī)主要由橋架部分、大車(chē)運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)、小車(chē)及電器系統(tǒng)所組成。
2.橋架部分由兩主梁，四支腿及上下橫粱構(gòu)成．均為箱型焊接板結(jié)構(gòu)，大車(chē)運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)采用立式套裝減速器，采用分別驅(qū)動(dòng)形式，根據(jù)輪壓可采用臺(tái)車(chē)．
3.各機(jī)構(gòu)可用電阻器調(diào)速或變頻調(diào)速，操縱形式一般為閉式司機(jī)室操縱，司機(jī)室內(nèi)可設(shè)置冷暖風(fēng)機(jī)或空調(diào)及對(duì)講機(jī)等，本機(jī)主要電器設(shè)備均安裝在單獨(dú)的電器室內(nèi)。
4.小車(chē)導(dǎo)電采用異型槽或工字鋼扁電纜滑車(chē)導(dǎo)電，整機(jī)供電般采用圓銅滑線(xiàn)或電纜卷筒供電。
5.本機(jī)正常使用時(shí)，環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)在-25°C～40°C，海拔高度不超過(guò)2000M，當(dāng)?shù)刈畲笏矔r(shí)風(fēng)力不超過(guò)6級(jí)。

Main features：
??? 1.The machine is composed of bridge travelling mechanism,trolley and electrical system.
??? 2. The bridge is composed of two main girders,four legs,upper end carriages ,low travelling mechanism，alI of?which are box-welded, Travellirg mechanism adopt vertica reducer which is driven respectively With the?addition of wheel pressure bogies can be applied.
??? 3. Resistor changeable starer voltage or variable frequency is?applied for speed adjustment in each mechanism. ?In?general the manipulation is cIosed cab’s control, If? necessary, air conditioner and walkie-talkie can be equipped. All major electrical equipments are installed in?separate toom.
??? 4. Cable pulley with Slot-shaped or I-beam track is for?electrical conduct of crane trolley and ciroular-coppered?slip-line or cable drum is for the whole crane’s.
