MGH型電動(dòng)葫蘆門(mén)式起重機(jī)

MGH型電動(dòng)葫蘆門(mén)式起重機(jī)依據(jù)JB/T5663標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所設(shè)計(jì)、制造；本產(chǎn)品適用于加工車(chē)間、造船加工區(qū)、料場(chǎng)、貨場(chǎng)裝卸搬運(yùn)物料，如配用電動(dòng)抓斗或電磁吸盤(pán)也可吊運(yùn)散粒物料或鐵屑、鋼塊等物品；本機(jī)與MH型電動(dòng)葫蘆門(mén)式起重機(jī)相比，有運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定更安全可靠的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
本產(chǎn)品起重量一般為5t,10t，16/3t、20/5t、32/5t，50/10t。
跨度為12～35m，工作級(jí)別為A3～A5級(jí)。

主要特點(diǎn)：
1.本機(jī)主要由雙主梁門(mén)架，大車(chē)運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)、小車(chē)及電氣設(shè)備所組成。門(mén)架中主梁、支腿、橫粱均采用箱型板結(jié)構(gòu)梁。
2.小車(chē)起升機(jī)采用單速或雙速鋼絲繩葫蘆，一般為A2座式安裝形式。
3.大車(chē)運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)采用立式套裝減速器，分別驅(qū)動(dòng)；小車(chē)運(yùn)行采用“三合一”硬齒面減速器，大小車(chē)均可變頻調(diào)速。
4.小車(chē)導(dǎo)電為異型槽或工字鋼扁電纜滑車(chē)導(dǎo)電，整機(jī)供電一般采用圓銅滑線(xiàn)供電或電纜卷筒供電。
5.操縱方式有地面按鈕把操縱、地面遙控操縱或司機(jī)室操縱，三種方式可選擇。

        MGH gantry crane, based on JB/T5663 standard，is applicable to work in processing workshops，shipyard ptants and storage yards. Equipped with electrical grab or electromagnet ,it can convey granular materials,scrap iron and other materials.
    Compared with MH gantry crane．it is safe,stable and reliable.

Main features：
    1. The machine is mainly composed of double-girder gantry．  travelling mechanism ,trolley and electrical system.  Girders,legs and beams of the gantry are all boxed.
    2. Hoisting mechanism of trolley adopts electric wire rope hoist with 1-speed or 2-speed . Its installation type is A2.
    3. Travelling mechanism adopt vertical reducer，which is driven respectively.  Trolley adopts "three-in-one”hardened reducer.  Both adopt variable frequency for speed adjustment.
    4. Trolley electricity is conducted by slot-shaped or I-shaped slip- pulleys with flat cables.  Power supply of the crane generally dopts circula r-coppered slip-line or winding drum.
    5. There are three type of manipulation for choice：ground wired button control, remote control or cab’s.
